How to sleep through the night
How I did it: First I helped the baby establish a better bedtime routine so he's sleeping better, and then I started using an eye mask so I would stop watching the clock at night. I'm also trying to maintain a 'calming' routine before bed to quiet my mind.
Lessons & tips: I'm trying to not go to bed mad or stressed. I'm also keeping a notebook near the bed so if things are bugging me overnight I can write them down and get my brain to stop spinning.
