How I did it: Try to smile every day. When being happy, share with friends. when in depression, beat it soon by myself. If faced with troubles, solve them as soon as possible. Think for a while when something really happend. Do not think too much if something sad happened. Do yoga often, breathe deeply. Follow my heart to do more things. Keep happy, keep strong-minded...

Resources: movies, friends, books, radio ( I like a hostess that passed us warm voice), my grandma...
