How to love love love

How I did it: I allowed more of myself to come through and when that happened, I noticed that there is so much to love. I have an infinite amount to give and there is no need to hold back. It can be a smile or quiet appreciation of someone, even a complete stranger. It makes you feel like the universe loves you back.
