How I did it: I thought about my time here and came up with a few things. Then I went through my list of completed goals and came up with a bunch more things. Then I went through my current goal list and thought of some more things.

Great list! And NPR call for songs.

I don’t see how to send a private message anymore (sigh, probably just me) and couldn’t find a music-related goal I could comment on, but…

NPR’s All Songs Considered put out a call for songs, and I thought of you. This should give you the info you need, if it’s of interest.

Attention Songwriters
We hear an awful lot of people saying that despite the economic woes, these are exciting times. We want to see if we can capture this historic mood in music.

Here’s the challenge: Write a song that reflects your feelings about the change that’s coming. Record it. Send it to us on a CD by January 15th.

We will post our favorites online around the time of the inauguration. Think of it as the home edition of Project Song, only you get more time and no one is watching.
