How to collect all the recipes I like in my own cookbook
How I did it: I printed/hand-copied/photocopied all of my recipes onto 8x10 sheets, then stuffed them all in sheet protectors. Then it was just a matter of sorting them into categories, which I delinieated with ordinary notebook dividers, and then I chose an especially colorful/appealing binder.
I have a magnetic clip on my fridge and when I'm making a particular dish, I pull that sheet ouf of the binder and clip it up there. It's handy for constant reference wherever I am in my work triangle, and the sheet protectors keep the pages from getting splashed/stained.
It works very well indeed!
