How to learn to relax
"It took me a long time to hit on the right strategy for me but I kept at it."
How I did it: After trying any number of things in an effort to learn to relax, I was fortunate to find a fit in yoga. For me, yoga calms my mind and relaxes my body like nothing else I've tried.
Lessons & tips: My tip is to keep trying new strategies, even things you might never have considered in the past. There is not one thing that will work for everyone.
Resources: I used the internet and the public library to inform myself about my choices when I was forming my strategy.
