How to stop being so anti-social
"It just sort of happened."
How I did it: It was a long process that just sort of happened. I think it was a lot of small steps, a lot of small situations that added up to me getting fed up with not feeling good in social situations. A big part of it was also that I realized that it is the types of social interactions I have the really affect my mood, so if I surround myself with positive people and in positive situations it helps to get over that fear or stress of hanging out with people.
Lessons & tips: Think about yourself and your friends and life and find aspects of them that make you feel good and try to enhance those parts.
