How I did it: I found on ebay some websites that were for sale, and I moved them onto godaddy.com

I did buy one for $5000 but that was far more money than I should have paid, I should have tried running the business for 3 weeks as a test before buying it, but it is still making a bit of money, and the other ones were very cheap, and have made me several hundreds of dollars - certainly the other ones are profitable, and I am confident that they will start to turn a more healthy profit.
I am a fan of Search Engine Optimisation, and this is pretty much the most important factor for website businesses.
Also understanding google adwords can be helpful.
Lessons & tips: If you can teach yourself to design websites it is very simple to do.
