How to do the Bikram Yoga 30 Day Challenge

How I did it: I did 30 days in a row when I first joined. I wanted to establish a good practice and get into the habit of going. I did another 30 day challenge in September and completed that successfully as well.
It takes discipline, focus and determination. And anyone can do it!
