How to make raw crackers
"Tasty."
How I did it: Ground flaxseed + tomato + salt + herbs + water -> dehydrator for several hours. Makes some dips. Dip crackers into dips. Stuff into mouth. Chew, taste, enjoy, swallow, & feel great!
Lessons & tips: Whizzing it in the food processor briefly makes the herbs and tomato chunks smaller and easier to spread on dehydrator trays.
