How I did it: We all had interest in R&B Music and we decided to meet at an location agreed upon!  Had a cookout, went to a local area that supplied the music.  Some arranged to stay at same hotel, but all in all it was fantastic.

Lessons & tips: If it is a group of people, email each other often, let family and friends know about how you all met, have faith and meet as a group in a well know location.  You will more than likely become lifelong friends with people.
