How to take one day at a time
"Time heals all wounds. At least enough to live by."
How I did it: How I took one day at a time, pertaining to the issues that were stressing me out.
Well, in all honesty a bigger issue came and took care of that worry for me by replacing it with a more powerful worry.
Life is mysterious and wonderful and if we are not careful, we miss all the glory it shows us every day.
I had breathing techniques, a few internal mantras, and loads of books to distract me.

What helped me:
Breathing in for three, hold for three, and let it out for three. Repeat as needed.
