How I did it: Well for years I have wanted to do it just never really had the will power to make it happen.  But now it's 2009 and I feel that I am going to accomplish everything that I didn't have the nerve to do in 2007 or 2008.  I just want to pay it forward and do something nice for someone and then maybe someone will recognize and then want to do something good for others.  So I looked online and found the site Adoptaussoldier.org and I applied and within 3 days I had my soldiers infromation!!!

Lessons & tips: Pay it forward When you notice that somebody has done something nice for you, make a note in your mind to practice three acts of kindness towards other people.
