How to start running again
"Absolutely stunning, breathtaking and pulsing."
How I did it: I started with signing up to a local 5 K race. Enough to motivate me for running twice a week, although I have been keeping running in the low for the last month because of winter I plan on taking it up again verry verry soon!
Lessons & tips: 1) Just do it
2) Even when you don't feel like it, grab the shoes and convince yourself to take a slow day - the rest will follow...
