How to make pizza from scratch, maybe even grow all the ingredients first

How I did it: well, I didnt grow the ingredients or anything, but I did make the dough.
This is definitely worth doing. homemade pizza can taste better than the best pizzeria you can find, often by virtue of knowing that you are eating something you have made yourself.
Lessons & tips:
- make your own tomato sauce by roasting about 4 halved tomatoes with a handful of peeled garlic cloves, for 30 minutes, and then blending the lot.
- after you make the dough, let it sit in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes
- its best to heat a tray in the oven and then 'slide' the prepared pizza on to the hot tray when you're ready to bake it.
