How I did it: Whenever you think something nice, say it. Don't be shy. Don't be afraid to look like you're sucking up. Even if people deny or become shy when you say it, it always makes them happy.

It’s so good to see someone doing a goal like this. It’s so simple but it makes you and the other person feel better. I think most people want to know that someone notices that they did something good or right.
