How to become a "regular" somewhere

"Getting coffee at the same place at least twice a week."
How I did it: I went to the local coffee shop about twice a week and would always be friendly with the people working there.
Now, I can walk in and they'll be like "Hey Emily! A london fog again today? One or Two shots?"
Lessons & tips: Pick a place and stick to it.
