How to do yoga
"Yoga! Yoga! Yoga!"
How I did it: Very relaxing. Don't let your mind wander, and don't look at the clock. It's not meant to help you lose weight or build muscle, but gain flexibility, concentration and body awareness. Don't do it for anyone but yourself. If you're doing it just because it's trendy, you're sure to quit after the first class. Enjoy!
