How I did it: I mostly listen to Indian music, especially south Indian and most of the Indian music whether you download it or buy it don't come with any tags. I had nearly 3500 songs in my Itunes library without any order. Luckily, I had them in folders sorted by album name and if you have a mac you can select all and tag them in one go. It was fun for me as it gave me an idea about the knowledge that I had about our Indian music and along the way there were some surprises, like a song which I always thought was composed by one music director was infact done by some other person.

Tagging was certainly worth the effort as my Itunes and my ipod looks so organized and it is so easy to create a on the go playlist when I am driving.
