How I did it: I'm going into business of myself.  So I found the type of job that will allow me freedom on my terms.  Because it's a web based business that I'm starting I have freedom from day one.  I know my industry oddly enough I'v been on both sides of the service that I will offer.  I have a lot of support, a great business advisor, and friends that encourage me all the time.  I'm siked, not scared at all.  Failure is not an option at all. 

Lessons & tips: Make your list of goals for the ideal job big and audicious.  Dream big. 

Resources: Read everything that you can about the field that you wish to go into, tap into everyone around that is doing what you want to do, make list upon list and follow up on those list.  *Become one with your local SBA office.
