How I did it: Flew with Easy Jet - cheap ticket booked one month in advance. Went with a couple of buddies. Beers is sort of cheap! Cheaper than the UK anyway!
Went exploring the old town (Jewish part) and which was cool. Used to be a rough area apparently but trendy now!
Lessons & tips: Loads of bars - stag and hen parties do appear at the weekends but all harmless fun
