Beautiful
Your hair is beautiful.
How I did it: It started growing when I was little and I just never stopped it. I've only had a handful of minor trims, an inch or less each, in my life. My hair is now 48" and still growing. I encourage anyone who wants long hair; just take care of it, and have fun.
Lessons & tips: Be patient with your hair; don't rip out tangles, or cut it short in frustration. It might seem tempting, but whatever knot is there, you can fix.
Defend yourself firmly against people who try to cut your hair - I know this seems strange, but people have attempted to cut my hair by force before, in school particularly. People are callous and cruel, so defend yourself and be cautious.
Have fun and learn new hairstyles, like the Infinity Bun or Braided Chinese bun. Get creative, and dress it up; it's YOUR hair. Love it.
Resources: http://longhaircommunity.com/ which I discovered recently; helpful, fun community who are giving me tips on how to make my hair even nicer than it is now. These people KNOW hair. And they will celebrate with you every time you get to a hair length goal, if you're a person who makes those; personally I never was, but a lot of people do.
Plus a lifetime of just dealing with the hair and loving it.
thats amazing, i grew my hair a while back. it reached just under my chin from the fringe.
