How I did it: I was with someone I loved the first time. It was a tye dye kite we bought at the local shop by the beach. It had been a horrible day with hurt feelings and crying and we let our souls fly in the sky with the kite.

The second time I did it by myself and I felt a sweet release.

The third...well...it got stuck in power lines =]
