How to exercise three to five times a week.
"I lost 30 lbs. by following this goal (exercising 3-5 times a week) and now I workout 6 times a week."
How I did it: I joined my fitness center at work, and signed up for a half marathon training program, and walked the full 13.1 miles on race day. You get in the habit after awhile. Keep mixing it up with new exercises, and repeat those you enjoy!
