How to do a 60 second frog stand
"From an initial 8-10 second frog stand to 60 seconds (not quite clean) has left me feeling stronger and happier."
How I did it: I did 60 seconds of elapsed frog stand in as few sets as possible 2-4 times a week. I tried to pick a duration that I could sustain for all of my sets in a row on a 1 minute interval. Early on, this meant 10 seconds of frog stand out of every 60 seconds taking just over 5 minutes to complete. After I could do 30 seconds, I just tried to increase the length of my first set as much as possible and then did the second set for as long as I could. Frequently, this meant my overall elapsed time was a bit over 60 seconds.
