How I did it: Well I decided to get rid of what I could now...
Keep what I might need in the near future, because I don't want have to buy something twice for nothing...
I've also decided not to rent out my place out just yet for safety reasons.. I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket :) Just in case that I change my mind in the future and I have a home to go to... and I wont have to waste money renting, because my place is taken... lol
