  1. Look up houses on the internet.
  2. Find a bank.
  3. Get pre-apporved.
  4. Find a realtor.
  5. Find a house.
  6. Go look at house (go back to 5 as needed).
  7. Make offer.
  8. Counter-offer.
  9. Find bank for loan.
  10. Inspections, Inspections.
  11. Fill out tons of paperwork.
  12. Wait.
  13. Jump for joy when approved.
  14. Close the deal.
  15. Sign your name 1600 times.
  16. Walk away with keys.
