How to learn yoga
How I did it: I just used some articles from magazines I had laying around the house. I started doing yoga and concentrating on my problems as I did it, to help release my anxiety. It worked great.
Lessons & tips:
- I have a yoga mat, but I don't always use it. I don't think it's that necessary. You just need a flat, non-slip surface.
- It's cool if you want to take a yoga class, but it's much easier to do it for free. Check out a few books on yoga from the library, clip out magazine articles, get them off the internet or watch TV programs (Like ExersiseTV)
