How to make a prank phone call
It made me
feel 'meh' 
"Pointless, utterly useless fun."
How I did it: Granted, this goal was achieved in the late hours of the night and under the, ahem, influence. But a group of friends and I had just come home from a night of debauchery, so we decided to have a little 'fun' (looking back, that choice of word is debatable).
After scrolling through my contact book, we found a mutual 'frenemy' to prank. After *67ing her number, we set the call on speakerphone, and waited until she picked up.
Exaggerated accents, stupid noises, and annoyingness followed.
By far, it was quite possibly the worst way to waste 1-2 minutes.
Lessons & tips: *67 (to call from a restricted number), and don't giggle every 2 seconds. It's a dead giveaway.
