How to do a (completely clean) 60 second frog stand

How I did it: I took two days off from all exercise (unintentionally) and when I did it this morning I focussed a lot more than usual. I was determined not to let my feet touch and probably used a bit more strength to stay balanced because of it. Every time I even started to move back I muscled my way back to balance.
