How to be able to do the splits

How I did it: I was only four but um.... I guess all you have to do is stratch a lot. Right now im working on getting my middle, wich is hhaarrrdd. So stretch every time you sit down and make sure you stretch other than that too, or you'll pull something with (trust me!) HURTS!!! But try no to be tense, once you get in the position as far as you can go just stop being tense and let it go, youll go farther than you thought!!!!
