How to wake up when my alarm clock goes off
"I'd long struggled with waking up when my alarm went off. Turns out it was as simple as finding the right alarm."
How I did it: Took a couple of months of solid trial and error. Tried a few different types of alarms before figuring out that my main problem was lack of morning light exposure in my bedroom. Fixed this problem by installing a lamp timer on a 3-way lamp with 150 watt bulb. Now I wake up every morning feeling refreshed and ready to go. Of course it also helps to be sure I get a proper amount of sleep and go to bed at a consistent time each night.
