How to run 400 miles in 2008
"Almost completed... total miles ran: 341 set a more realistic goal for next year."
How I did it: consistency, training on a regular basis... also participating on races help me out to mantaing motivation.
Train on a treadmill when i could not go out. schedule at least one training running on the street.
Lessons & tips: Design a good training plan and stick to it. also, find a group of people with similar goals, this helps a lot
