How to eat less sugar
How I did it: For me it was all about replacing dessert with more food during dinner. I was not overweight to start with, but I felt cravings for sweets after dinner. I realised that if I am very full after dinner, I don't feel like dessert. So now I eat more during dinner, and don't eat sweets for dessert. I have some fruit instead. I also have a little bit of 70% Cocoa dark chocolate after lunch sometimes, as lunch portions are hard to control at work.
