How to do a split
How I did it: Warm up before and after my workout routine.I would slowly work each leg into a full stretch while I was on the floor concentrating on each muscle that is involved. I recommend everyone to take your time stretching and be patient with the goal and soon you will be able to do a split too!
Lessons & tips: practice each day, don't force or strain the muscles or legs and be focused on the body, mind and soul.
Resources: Research and get involved with what is available in your community that may help you get flexible with your body, because doing a split is more than just the destination, its the journey that makes all the difference. Maybe look into taking a Karate class or a free boxing class, read books at the local library and/or research online, there are alot of free tools out there that may help you on your path, you just have to be willing to do the leg work to help you get there.
