How to stop stressing out
How I did it: I just stopped worrying. Easier said than done, I realise. It's worth it to realise that most everything is beyond your control, then work to make those few precious things that you can control the best that they can be.
Resources: Reading up on Zen and Buddhism in general helped me a bit; your mileage may vary. I'm not saying that you should convert to Buddhism--I didn't.
