How to get a tattoo
How I did it: My best friend and I designed a floral design with a vine and some dots. Very timeless and attractive. Then we asked around to see what place would be best to accomidate our requests as far as price, size and sterility. Then we discussed where we wanted to place them. I wanted mine somewhere I could see it forever so I put it on my forearm. It goes from right above my wrist to below the crook of my elbow. She placed hers on her calf.
Lessons & tips: Use Aquaphor to heal your tattoos. Use just enough to cover and DON'T OVER MOISTURIZE. Make sure it's constantly moist and not too oily. After you remove the bandage, let it breathe. Don't wear anything too tight over it so the scab won't pull off prematurely. And if the scab peels, DO NOT pick at it. The ink will bleed and it will heal horribly and look ugly and deformed...ew.
