How to stop eating red meat
How I did it: I decided to stop eating red meat, and just stopped.
For me, read meat was either something gross that was appetizing me at all, like a roast.
Or it was something very unhealthy and high in calories and salt. Like sausage, bacon, fast food burgers, etc.
Lessons & tips: Substitute other meats,mostly chicken. Which is can be pretty easy. For example at fast food restaurants.. chicken salads, chicken nuggets, burgers, strips, etc.
Or at barbecues.
Also, try not to mention it when its not necessary. Relieves pressure from others to eat red meat.
