How to wake up at 5 am
"It allowed me to accomplish things before my family woke up; it was tough, but worth it."
How I did it: Knowing my ability to turn off an alarm in my sleep, I put the alarm across the room so I would have to get out of bed to turn it off. It only takes a few days to get used to it and a couple of weeks for it to be easier.
Lessons & tips: It really helps if you also go to bed early.
