"I went from a sporadic writing schedule (only a few hours a week) to 4 hours a day, minimum."
How I did it: I made sure that no matter what I did that day, I would get 4 hours in.
This could include developing new ideas and rewriting, but does not include researching or developing contacts.
Lessons & tips: Do it at the same time everyday or just make it a priority.
