How to do yoga
"I put a cheesy magnetic diagram of the movements up on my fridge, and started doing it as part of my morning routine."
How I did it: It just took diligence, pretty much. I tried reading books, and I can't stand videos. Getting to classes was a logistical nightmare (time to get there, etc.) but eventually I found just a silly looking cheesy set of little magnets - yes, a sheet of magnets that go up on your fridge. They show the poses/movements, and name the movements. I can order & reorder them at need. It's goofy, but it works for me!
Lessons & tips: A little at a time, and then keep it up. I'm still working on it, but it's part of my home life now.
