How I did it: I tried to do it the way my doctor showed me how. In my first time it took me ages to get it in and when I got it in, I couldn't take it off. I didn't start wearing them outside until I got used to them completely, i.e, I wore them when I was at home. But eventually I got used to it and started wearing them much easier and quicker.

Lessons & tips:  -Ask your doctor. If you just CAN'T do it, postpone it. Don't wear your eyes out too much.

-Be patient. Remember that you're putting something in your eye, of course it's not going to be easy.

-Be clean!

-Take your time. Doctors say that it may take time to get used to it. Don't expect it to happen right away. Just keep trying daily.
