How to get back to 58 kilo...
How I did it: Originally, two years ago or something, I came form 63 kilo. But that was a period in which I ate a whole packet of biscuits every single evening. In the first two months, I had to be hard on myself. I did not diet for real, I just kicked aside the biscuits and candy and stuff. As I was a chocaholic and sugar-addict, it was quiet hard in the beginning. But I definately wanted to lose some fat. So I got through it. As said, I did not diet, I did not cut back on my regular food, only on the candy, biscuits and other 'unhealthy' stuff.
After about two or three months I reached the point on which I did not need the sugar anymore, I did not need the packet of biscuits every evening anymore. And more surprising: I could not even eat a whole packet of biscuits anymore! My need for sweets was satisfied sooner!
On top of that I started sporting a bit more intensively again. It took a while for me to find a sport I really liked, so in the beginning the sporting was without much spice in it. But finally I found a sport I liked (climbing) and it also helps to tone the muscles and keep your weight under control.
And the final little kick to get to 58 kilo was given by begin ill. Honestly, I will be always satisfied with 59 kilo too, I think that is my regular weight. But I have been ill for two weeks around the new year, which kicked me below 58 kilo. *shrugs* If I add it again, but stay around 59, that's okay for me :)
One important lesson: being overweight is unhealthy, but if you are at a BMI between 19 and 24, be happy with your body! :)
