How I did it: I just decided that after watching the movie "Super Size Me" that i no longer wanted to eat mcdonalds...its seemed easy...even though temptation was to much...i kept to it and i havent eaten mcdonalds in about 2 or 3 months...i am so proud of myself.... :)
Lessons & tips: Eat healthy....fruuits, veggies, even frueit juices...
Fight temptation, destract yourself...go for a jog
and really really....think that to yourself you are doing your body and mind better without all that fatty acids and junk

I recently broke this good habit of mine….a couple days ago i uncousiously went into a mcdonalds with my friend and it wasnt until ater id eaten the burger did i realiz what id done….so from now on im going to be more self aware…....is a long journey folks and i wa doing sooo good too
