dlchick *What I desire desires me as well*
Update...
I got my score back and got a 193/200. Not too shabby :) Glad I passed on the first try!
How I did it: I bought a PRAXIS II study guide for test 0011 (Elementary School Curriculum and Instruction Assessment) for $40, took the practice tests that were in the back of the book and failed miserably! I was so paranoid about taking the test because of those stupid tests in the book. They were worded so strangely, the right answers were not on some of the questions because it wanted you to pick the "most correct" answer, which was rarely THE right answer.
Lessons & tips: Do yourself a favor and don't buy the study guide. Don't waste the time or the money. If you went to college in preparation for this test then you should be able to pass by internalized knowledge or even just going back and looking over class notes or textbooks for hard facts and techniques. Most questions are answered using process of elimination and common sense.
Resources: Your school can most likely provide a practice test or small study guide for free. Don't buy the ones that are for sale in most book stores!
