How to loose 10 pounds
How I did it: I maintained a healthy diet but didn't overstretch myself. I did it over a 1 year period and included two 3-week detox sessions whereby i eliminated everything from my diet except for fruits, veggies, pulses, beans and un-salted nuts! Lessons & tips: Stay focused and make sure your main goal is to achieve a lifestyle change towards the pursuit of healthier eating, otherwise you'll keep finding yourself back at square one. I always ate healthy but after quitting smoking and working in a restaurant my eating habits were a whirlwind!
