How to exercise three times a week
How I did it: I stopped worrying about whether to eat before or after cardio. I ate and went. That's what worked in my schedule - instead of home-gym-home-work, I freed myself to do home-gym-work.
I got very tough with the "quitter" "stay in bed" voice in my head - QUICKLY swearing (in my mind) the little imp away whenever it would offer me the easy out at 5 am.
I saw that if daily hour of exercise was ok for the President and President-elect, then I should not feel guilty about taking an hour myself.
Lessons & tips: Set all your exercise clothes out the night before - be prepared. Go everyday. Trying to go on a every other day basis just wasn't reinforcing the habit.
The minute the little "quitter" voice pops up - deal with it firmly and quickly - and go!
