How to stop smoking
How I did it: First having the desire to quit, using Nicotine patches, and then working out and not being able to breathe was the final straw. I didn't give up when I'd 'relapse' and get discouraged. It also helped to get rid of things like ashtrays, lighters...other things that made me think of smoking. During times that you'd normally smoke, find other things to do instead. You have to replace the habit! The withdrawal goes away a lot faster than the habit. Try not to frequent places where people smoke until you're sure that you can handle it.
