How to sleep earlier
"oh, so that's what the sunrise looks like lol!"
How I did it: Went to bed earlier each night and also got some pills from my doctor for my insomnia. I am still doing a sleep study and am on a 9PM schedule which may change eventually. I may end up staying up 10:30 or 11 on weekends,and in no case will i stay up until noon again
