How I did it: I changed my daily routine and started doing healthy things like drinking green tea, hiking through the woods, reading and creating art. The "cleaner" I got the less attached I became to alcohol. I equated it with something dirty. Unwholesome. I also started losing weight almost immediately.
Lessons & tips: Don't give up. Just keep trying. It's very uncomfortable the first week or so. But it gets easier.
Way to go!! Alcohol never solved any problems. A woman as beautiful and sexy as you doesn’t need to drink :)
